When you book a regular cleaning service—whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—you can select the ‘Deep Clean’ extra to be included with your first visit.

This extra will only apply to your initial service. All future recurring bookings will default to general cleaning only, unless you choose to add extras again.

Carpet steam cleaning is not specifically designed to remove stains. While it may help lighten recent or surface-level marks, it’s not guaranteed to eliminate stains completely.

The primary purpose of steam cleaning is to improve carpet hygiene by using steam to extract dust, pollen, pet dander, and other allergens.

This process won’t leave your carpet soaking wet—your carpets should dry fully within a short period of time.

An ‘area’ refers to any carpeted space up to 10 square meters. This can include bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, hallways, staircases, foyers, landings, walk-in closets, and more.

If a single space exceeds 10 square meters, it should be counted as multiple areas. For example, a combined living and dining area of 12 square meters would count as 2 areas.

Here’s another example: if you have one bedroom that’s 11 square meters, two bedrooms under 10 square meters each, a hallway, and a combined living/dining area of 13 square meters, you would book 7 areas total:

  • Large bedroom (2 areas)

  • Two regular bedrooms (2 areas)

  • Hallway (1 area)

  • Living/dining (2 areas)

The time required depends on the size of your home. Our system calculates an estimate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Adding any extras will also increase the total cleaning time.

While time estimates are not shown during the online booking process, they are used internally for scheduling and can be provided upon request.

Please note: the estimated duration reflects the maximum time allocated. Some cleaners may finish sooner due to their experience and efficiency, but this does not qualify for a refund—your payment covers the completion of our detailed cleaning checklist, not the time taken.

A minimum callout fee applies, which covers up to 2 hours of labour. We do not offer bookings below this minimum.

The number of cleaners depends on availability in your area at the time of your booking. For larger jobs, we typically send a team of two. For smaller jobs, a single cleaner may be assigned.

Yes, that’s the plan. There are occasionally circumstances where we may change your cleaning team – like if they move or their performance is not satisfactory. So long as you’re happy with your cleaners, they will be yours for as long as possible.

We use a checklist system and a rating system to ensure that you always receive a high quality clean.

Cleaners have to follow a set checklist for general home cleaning services. After the cleaning service is complete, we’ll send you an email so you can rate the quality of your service and provide feedback to the cleaners.

The cleaners will use your feedback to ensure that you always get the service you expect. If you’re not completely satisfied after 3 cleans, we’ll send you new cleaners or let you cancel for free.

No, you don’t! Many of our clients choose to leave a key for the cleaner so they can take advantage of their free time.

Move-Out Cleaning


All you need to do is fill in the booking form and you’ll get a quote instantly. Our system will use the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to estimate the size of your home and then calculate how much time is need to give you a thorough and high quality clean.

If you need an end of lease clean, then make sure you select the end of lease/bond cleaning service type. Selecting this option will add more time to your job and tell the cleaners to do a few extra things that your agent or property manager will expect.

The standard end of lease/bond clean service includes:

oven cleaning (including the trays),
some time for window cleaning (including 1 set of sliding doors; if you need more time, the cleaners will advise on the day),
cleaning inside of all cupboards and drawers,
cleaning light fittings, skirting boards, range hood, extractor fans, and so on

Our online quotes are based on the information you provide and assume that:

* All details are entered accurately
* Any required extras are included
* Your home is in average condition
* The size and layout are typical for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms selected

In about 95% of cases, our quotes are accurate. However, if your home is larger than average, in below-average condition, or missing key details, additional time may be needed.

If that happens, your cleaner will let you know on the day and request approval for extra time. Their goal is to deliver a proper clean—especially for end-of-lease services where getting your bond back is a priority. Quality results require adequate time.

When you choose the end of lease/bond cleaning service, you get everything that is needed to ensure you get your bond back, including:

Thorough cleaning of all rooms (bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas);
Oven cleaning (including the trays);
Some time for window cleaning (including window tracks and outsides of 1 set of sliding doors; if you have a large home and need more time for the windows or glass doors, then the cleaners will advise you on the day of your service);
Cleaning inside of cupboards and drawers (1 hour of labour included);
Cleaning of light fittings, skirting boards, range hood, extractor fans; the things your agent will typically be looking for during their inspection.
You also have the option to customise your service by adding optional extras, including but not limited to cleaning of walls, blinds, outdoor areas, white goods, and carpet steam cleaning.

No, carpet steam cleaning is not included as part of the standard bond cleaning service because not everyone needs it. If your rental property has carpet, then you may need steam cleaning if:

1.You have pets and/or young children

2. You’ve lived in a the property for a few years

3. Your agent has told you that you need it done

If you need it done, then you can add the carpet steam cleaning extra to your booking. Then select the number of rooms that need steam cleaning – make sure you count any staircases or hallways as a room or they won’t be included in your booking.

Residential carpet steam cleaning is not designed to remove tough stains. While it may help lift light or recent surface stains, we do not guarantee stain removal.

We also cannot guarantee the complete removal of odours or embedded pet hair. Although our cleaners will do their best, some odours and pet hair may remain unless removed with more powerful equipment, which could risk damaging the carpet.

For carpets that are heavily soiled, stained, or filled with pet hair, we recommend contacting a professional company that offers industrial-grade steam cleaning. These providers may also offer specialized treatments not included in our services.

The main purpose of our residential carpet steam cleaning is to improve hygiene by using steam to extract dust, pollen, pet dander, and other allergens. The process should not leave your carpet wet—drying typically occurs within a short time.

An 'area' refers to any carpeted space up to 10 square meters. This can include bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, hallways, staircases, foyers, landings, walk-in robes, and similar spaces.

* Hallway = 1 area
* Combined living/dining (13 sqm) = 2 areas
**Total = 7 areas**

If you’ve had pets in your rental property, your real estate agent will likely require a flea treatment before you move out.

We offer a flea fumigation service as an optional extra. This is carried out by our licensed pest control partner the day after your cleaning service. You’ll also receive a certificate from the technician to present to your property manager.

Not at all! Most of our clients prefer to leave a key so they can enjoy their free time while the cleaning is done.

If your real estate agent is nearby, you can also leave the keys with them for our cleaners to collect and return once the job is complete.

All of our cleaners are background checked, so you can feel confident your home is in safe hands.

Payment is simple and secure. When booking, you’ll enter your card details, which are stored safely using encrypted technology (even we can’t access them). Your card will only be charged after your end of lease clean has been completed.

If your property manager or agent isn’t satisfied with the end of lease clean, we’ll send the cleaners back to fix it—free of charge.

To qualify, simply notify us within 72 hours of the job’s completion. We’ll then arrange a re-clean of the checklist items included in your original booking.
